Wood substitutes

Wood-like plastic materials

Eco plank

An innovative material made from post-industrialrecycled plastic (HDPE/PE/PP/PA/PVC). This plastic is an excellent substitute for wood for those looking for an environmentally friendly product. It can be recycled again and turned into a new product with a different shape.

The use of recycled boards in street furniture products ensures durability and a long product life. Maintenance-free operation without troublesome and costly maintenance. In environments with high biological activity (forests, parks, gardens), it is resistant to rot, moisture, decay, microbes, and insects (shores of water bodies: pools, lakes, rivers, and the sea).

The use of recycled plastics reduces the demand for virgin material. By recycling plastic waste, we contribute to the protection of the environment. The material is non-toxic and does not interact chemically with organic matter. During use, it remains neat, intact, and color-stable for years.

The manufacturer reserves the right to slight variations in color from the photos or renderings. We currently offer three colors of eco-friendly boards:

stone gray ● earthy brown ● sandy yellow

Eco-boards are available exclusively with products from the Flash and Bergen series.

The most important advantages of the product include:

  • the use of recycled plastic reduces the demand for virgin material, which significantly contributes to environmental protection
  • durable and long product life
  • resistance to rot, cracks, decay, microbes, and insects
  • resistance to weather conditions such as frost, UV radiation, and temperature fluctuations.

High pressure laminate

Plastic laminates in our offer are available as a replacement for wooden elements. The use of HPL requires structural changes to the furniture. Their advantage is extreme resistance to weather conditions. They are less susceptible to sunlight, wind, and moisture compared to wood. HPL is a flame-retardant material. Thanks to the appropriate technology, laminates retain their original appearance for longer.

Wood-like HPL board

Thermosetting pressure laminate (HPL) compliant with EN 438-6 type EDF. The laminate is highly resistant to aging, thanks to a layer of double-cured acrylopolyurethane resins. It is a flame-retardant material.

HPL boards are mainly used in outdoor furniture. Below is an example of the use of laminate in a shelter - smoking room, tables, and garden furniture from the Bus series.
