Wood substitutes

Wood-look plastic materials

eco plank

An innovative material made from post-industrial recycled plastics (HDPE/PE/PP/PA/PVC). This plastic is an excellent substitute for wood for those seeking environmentally friendly products. This material can be recycled again to create new products of any shape.

The use of eco plank in street furniture guarantees the product’s durability and long service life. It allows for maintenance-free use without the need for cumbersome and costly upkeep. In environments with high biological activity (forests, parks, gardens), the material is resistant to rot, moisture, decay, and the effects of microbes and insects. It works perfectly along the shores of bodies of water: swimming pools, lakes, rivers, and seas.

The use of recycled plastics significantly reduces the demand for virgin raw materials. By recycling waste, we make a tangible contribution to environmental protection. The material is non-toxic and does not react chemically with organic matter. It remains neat, intact, and colorfast even after many years of use.

The manufacturer notes that the actual color of the material may vary slightly from what is shown in photos or renderings. We currently offer the eco plank in three colors:

stone gray ● earthy brown ● sandy yellow

EKO plank is available exclusively with products from the following series: Flash, Bergen, and Resto

The product’s key advantages include:

  • use of recycled plastic (protection of natural resources and the environment);
  • exceptional durability and long service life;
  • complete resistance to rot, cracks, decay, and microorganisms;
  • high resistance to weather conditions: moisture, UV radiation, and temperature fluctuations.

High-Pressure Laminate (HPL)

The high-pressure laminates in our product line serve as a modern alternative to wooden components. The use of HPL panels requires appropriate adaptation of the furniture’s construction. Their key advantage is extreme resistance to external factors—they are significantly more resistant to intense sunlight, wind, and moisture than natural wood. HPL is a flame-retardant material. Advanced production technology ensures that the laminates retain their aesthetic appearance for a very long time.

Wood-grain HPL panel

Thermosetting pressure-sensitive laminate (HPL) compliant with the rigorous EN 438-6 Type EDF standard. Thanks to a layer of double-cured acrylo-polyurethane resins, the material exhibits exceptional resistance to aging.

HPL panels are primarily used in street furniture exposed to harsh conditions. Below are examples of the laminate’s use in shelters, tables, and furniture from the Bus series.
